Links to Other RNA
Resources
This page contains a listing of useful RNA-related web
sites. However, it is by no means complete. If you would like
to add your site to this list please email the RNABase
administrators (admin@rnabase.org).

RCSB is the new home of the Protein Data Bank (PDB). The
PDB, originally developed at Brookhaven National Lab, is the
primary repository of structural data about proteins, RNA, DNA
and other biomolecules.
A database of nucleic acid structures and a repository for
other nucleic acid data such as average bond lengths, angles,
etc.
The official guidelines for atom numbering, torsion angle
names, etc.
A tabulation of mismatched base-pairs observed in RNA
structures from the laboratory of George Fox.
A structure validation server from the Sander lab. Although
they only advertise protein validation, they provide checks for
bond lengths and angles and steric clashes for RNA as well.
A comprehensive listing of RNA related web sites.
A collection of resources and links from Michael Zucker.
Factored energies for base-pairing, stacking, mismatches,
loop formation, etc. from the Turner lab.
A tabulation of secondary structures for group I introns and
ribosomal RNAs from Robin Gutell.
A database of ribosomal RNA sequences and phylogenetic data.
A database of mutational data for the 16S and 23S ribosomal
RNAs.
A resource for ribosome-related structural data.
A database of ribosomal RNA sequences and structures.
A database of RNA pseudoknots.
A comprehensive listing of post-transcriptionally modified
nucleosides from RNA.
Sequences for the RNA and protein components of the signal
recognition particle.
Sequences for RNAs not directly involved in protein
synthesis, usually 75-400 nucleotides long.
The NDB offers significantly improved topology and parameter
files for nucleic acids.

The RNA Society publishes RNA Journal and sponsors
an annual conference dedicated to RNA.
